@Zensho on Tomas Morato

We held our usual CC dinner sometime last week at Zensho Japanese restaurant. We'd eaten here before and we had fond memories of the joint, so we all agreed on it when it was suggested. Frank came over to join us because FM had a surprise for him: he'd opened him another ATM account. Great for him! I hope he takes care of it this time :)



We ordered the usual sashimis and sushis but some people were saying, skip the tempura... it's not healthy because it's deep-fried!



Yeah right! We made the mistake of ordering this so-called "hot pot," which tasted like... NOTHING!



It was supposed to be their version of shabu-shabu, which I surmised ANYONE could prepare. But, no! It sucked big time.



In the end, we had to order the tempura as well since the "fake" shabu-shabu was inedible (although I know for a fact that Pia G ate her share, due to sheer starvation!)



This gig, BTW was supposed to be just us girls, but you know how menfolk are when it comes to FOOD!



Afterwards, we crossed the street to the UCC coffee place for dessert and--what else--coffee! Yep, well whaddya know, they were all out of mint tea! Oh well, at least we still look great in the pics! So, was that dinner or a pictorial shoot!
